In addition to her artistic endeavors, Adele shares her passion for movement and science through Pilates. Adele discovered Pilates in college through dance, and it has since been a part of her daily movement practice. After seeing the benefits of Pilates in building and maintaining a stronger facility for dance, she was inspired to become an instructor. Adele completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through Equinox, and currently teaches at Paradigm Studio. Adele is passionate about continuously learning and sharing her knowledge with others. She looks forward to helping her clients connect to their bodies and minds and foster longevity.

Prior to teaching Pilates, Adele was a clinical research assistant for the Lee Jones Lab of Exercise Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

There, she assisted Dr. Lee Jones, Dr. Jessica Scott, and Dr. Neil Iyengar in building and running clinical trials in exercise for patients with cancer. Adele is proud of the contributions to the publications in Frontiers Oncology and the Journal of Clinical Oncology.

She aspires to bring her experience in exercise research to her dancing and Pilates instruction to provide a new understanding of movement.
